Health is wealth.when we stay healthy we spents our lives happily.Without health we are nothing else. Our wealth and each and every things are not Valueless. 

How can we stay healthy:

In order to stay a healthy we have to adopt many rules then we live healthy . There are many steps some of them are following
  • Balance diet
  • Regular exercise
  • Adequate sleep
  • Hydration
  • Avoid harmful substances

Balance diet:

In order to stay a healthy we take a proper balance diet. We have to consumes fresh and variety of fruits, vegetables etc. Avoid of taking more salt, sugar etc. Then we always stay healthy. 

Regular exercise:

In order to stay a healthy we take regular exercise daily .When we always working and didn't take exercise then qe will fall ill. So we have to take exercise daily at least 1 hour.Then we will stay healthy forever. 

Adequate sleep:

In order to stay a healthy we have to take adequate sleep daily. We have to sleep daily at least 7 hours daily. Wake up at till night damage our health so we have to must sleep 7 to 8 hours daily. 

Hydration:

In order to stay a healthy we have to drink water . In one day we must have to drink 10 glass of water then we stay healthy. 

Avoid harmful substances:

In order to stay a healthy we have to avoid harmful substances like cigarettes, 
Tambacco, drugs etc then we will stay healthy.

In order to stay healthy we must take the above steps then if God willing then we stay healthy.
