How to improve health of a student:

If we want to improve health of a students then following steps should b taken.
  • 1.healthy breakfast
  • Lunch box
  • Short break during studies
  • Extra curriculum activities

1-Healthy breakfast:

In the morning when the child wake up should provide them a healthy breakfast because the student have to focus studies in the school so more energy is needed so healthy breakfast can provide energy to the student to learn efficiently because a quotation is famous that healthy mind is present in a healthy body.
